Rachel Bruncati

Couples & Family Therapist, LAMFT

Rachel Bruncati

I bring a mindful, body-aware approach to couples and family work, grounded in systemic and attachment theories. I am an Associate LMFT with a Master's from Kean University and a yoga and somatic background, trained in the Gottman Method, Prepare/Enrich, IFS, and narrative work. I help you regulate the nervous system, explore attachment patterns, and strengthen communication with intention. My aim is a compassionate space where change, expected or abrupt, feels workable.
